No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased through our store.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

All products undergo inspection and quality checks before being packaged and dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transportation, handling, and delivery are no longer under our direct control.

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure that orders leave our facility in excellent condition, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during transit, delays caused by the courier, or issues resulting from improper handling after the package has been dispatched.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item received and its packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Any resolution, including replacement (subject to availability) or store refund, will be considered professionally at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations

Shipping Delays

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds.
